Patterns of Biological Invasions

Native Gobies and the Risk for Invasions in the North Sea

This project is assessing the habitat suitability of goby species from the western Atlantic in expanding their geographic range into the Eastern Atlantic.

This project is led at the Edinburgh Napier University and it is conducted in collaboration with other institutions in the UK.

Spatial Patterns of Marine Invasions in the Gulf of Mexico

Tis project is implementing geospatial algorithms to identify clusters of marine fish and invertebrates invasion probabilities along the entire coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The results will inform of the spatial patterns and risk of invasion.
